Return and Refund Policy
1. Product and Service Disclaimer
ABC Coding Solutions makes no representations, warranties or guarantees that its codes and narratives are error-free, or that the use of its codes, products or services will assure coverage and reimbursement; nor can the Company guarantee payment amounts by Medicare, Medicaid or other Federal and State agencies, as well as other third-party payers. Inclusion or exclusion of a service, procedure, treatment, product, supply or other interventions does not constitute endorsement or opposition by the Company or imply any health insurance coverage or reimbursement policy. ABC Coding Solutions assumes no responsibility or liability for the consequences of use of its codes, products or services.
2. Direct Pay Orders
a. Shopping Cart - Orders submitted through the shopping cart on ABC Coding Solutions’ web site require use of a valid credit card. Orders are immediately charged to the credit card and fulfilled within 5 business days.
b. Mail-in/Fax-in/Call-in- Orders submitted via mail, fax or telephone, require a valid credit card and are entered through the shopping cart on ABC Coding Solutions’ web site. These orders are fulfilled within 5 business days of receipt of the order and confirmation of the valid credit card.
3. Invoices and Purchase Orders
a. Invoice - Clients are faxed or mailed an invoice when orders are submitted without a valid credit card or a check for the amount of purchase and shipping. These orders are fulfilled upon receipt of payment.
b. Purchase Orders - Clients are faxed or mailed an invoice when orders are submitted, requesting a purchase order. These orders are fulfilled upon receipt of the purchase order.
4. General Order and Payment Provisions
a. Returned Checks - Checks that are returned for insufficient funds, tendered to ABC Coding Solutions for payment of outstanding balances, are subject to a $15.00 service charge, plus any bank charges incurred by ABC Coding Solutions.
b. Express Orders - Clients may request next day processing, handling and shipping of product orders. The client is charged an express handling fee of $10.00 plus actual express shipping costs. Express handling and shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Return Policy
a. Returned Period - Returns are only accepted if initiated within thirty (30) days of the shipping date.
b. Return Merchandise Authorization - Refunds are subject to a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) being obtained from ABC Coding Solutions prior to returning the product(s). To obtain a RMA, the customer calls in to Customer Service and Relations, announces the return and the reason(s) for the requested refund.
c. Returns - All products may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price within the return period if the product is returned in pristine shape and an RMA has been obtained. The customer bears the shipping cost of returning products to ABC Coding Solutions.
d. Electronic Deliverables and Downloads - Electronic deliverables, once delivered, and downloads, once completed, are non-refundable.
e. Sealed Products - sealing products cannot be returned for a full or partial refund, once the seal has been broken or tampered with. Sealed products are: ABC Terminology and Codes; ASCII Data Files on CD-ROM.
f. Discounted/Promotional Products - discounted in promotional products or refund it up to their discounted or promotional price. All other policies regarding returns pertain as listed above.
g. Services and Service-Related Products - services and service related products are nonrefundablhime. These all are: SuperBill for Integrative Healthcare, Phone support and Consulting services. ABC Coding Solutions is committed to complete customer satisfaction and will rework service related products until the customer is fully satisfied.
7. Collection
Accounts with payments past-due more than 90 days and subsequent failure to arrange terms of payment will be given to a collection agency. the default in party will reimburse ABC Coding Solutions for the cost of collection.
8. Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law
Terms of business shall be construed pursuant to substantive law of the State of New Mexico and all challenges handled within New Mexico jurisdiction.
